推拿联合董氏开胃散治疗脾胃湿热型小儿厌食

Massage combined with Dongshi Kaiwei Powder in treating infantile anorexia with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome

目的观察推拿联合董氏开胃散治疗脾胃湿热型小儿厌食的临床疗效。方法将99例患儿病例随机分为联合组(推拿联合董氏开胃散外敷组)、推拿组、敷贴组(董氏开胃散外敷组),各33例。3组每周均接受3次治疗,共12次。观察治疗前、治疗2周、治疗后各组患儿厌食症状缓解情况及中医证候指标、唾液淀粉酶活性、胃电图指标变化。结果本次研究共完成94例,脱落率为5.05%。敷贴组有效率为80.65%,推拿组有效率为87.10%,联合组有效率为96.88%,敷贴组与推拿组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组与敷贴组、联合组与推拿组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3种治疗方法对脾胃湿热型小儿厌食均有效,而联合疗法的疗效最佳。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of massage combined with Dongshi Kaiwei Powder in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods?A total of 99 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Massage combined with Dongshi Kaiwei Powder external application group(hereinafter referred to as the combined group,n=33),massage group(n=33),Dongshi Kaiwei Powder external application group(hereinafter referred to as the application group,n=33).The 3 groups were treated 3 times a week for 12 times.The changes of anorexia symptom relief and relative index were observed before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment and after treatment.The indexes of TCM syndromes,salivary amylase activity,and electrogastrogram were analyzed.Results A total of 94 cases were completed in this study,the shedding rate was 5.05%.The total effective rate in the application group was 80.65%,the total effective rate in the massage group was 87.10%,and the total effective rate in the combined group was 96.88%.The difference between the application group and the massage group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the combined group and the application group,the combined group and the massage group(P<0.05).Conclusion All three treatments are effective for infantile anorexia with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,and the combined therapy is better.
