金骨莲胶囊联合电针治疗膝骨关节炎

Jingulian Capsule combined with electroacupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis

目的观察金骨莲胶囊联合电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取近1年我院收治的膝关节炎患者病例80例为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,治疗时间为8周。对照组予单纯口服金骨莲胶囊治疗,治疗组口服金骨莲胶囊联合电针治疗,分别比较2组的总有效率、治疗前后病情严重程度(WOMAC量表评分、简化VAS疼痛量表评分)。结果治疗组总有效率95%,明显高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的WOMAC、疼痛度简化VAS疼痛量表评分显著高于治疗前,且治疗组更优(P<0.05)。结论金骨莲胶囊联合电针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,可明显改善膝关节功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jingulian Capsule combined with electroacupuncture on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Eighty patients with KOA admitted to our hospital in the past year were selected as the study subjects.The treatment group and the control group were randomly assigned according to the order of treatment,40 cases in each group,and the treatment time was 8 weeks.The control group was treated with Jingulian Capsule alone.The treatment group received oral Jingulian Capsule combined with electroacupuncture treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups of treatment methods and the severity of the disease(the number of WOMAC and simplified VAS pain scale)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(95%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.5%)(P<0.05).The scores of WOMAC,simplified VAS pain scale were significantly higher in the two groups than before treatment,and the treatment group was more excellent(P<0.01).Conclusion Jingulian Capsule combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly improve knee joint function.
