指压通络术治疗妒乳的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of jealous milk treated with dreging collateral by finger pressure

目的观察指压通络术治疗妒乳的临床疗效。方法72例妒乳患者按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组予指压通络术(30 min/次,1次/d)治疗;对照组予头孢拉定(0.5 g/次,2次/d)治疗。对比2组症候积分的变化及总体治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗后临床症候积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率63.9%,2组总有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论指压通络术可以有效缓解妒乳患者乳汁排出不畅,乳房肿胀、疼痛等症状。无明显副作用,操作简单,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of finger pressure and collateral dredging operation in the treatment of jealous milk.Methods A total of 72 patients with jealous milk were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases each.The observation group was treated with finger pressure and collateral dredging therapy(30 minutes each time,once a day).The control group was treated with cefradine(0.5 g/time,twice a day).The changes of symptoms score and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%,the total effective rate in the control group was 63.9%.There was statistical difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Finger pressure can effectively alleviate the obstruction of milk excretion in patients with jealous milk,breast swelling,pain and so on.Symptoms such as pain have no obvious side effects,simple operation.It is worth popularizing and applying.
