摘要
通过熔炼前在原料中加入不同密度的夹杂物,研究了等离子冷床炉去除高、低密度夹杂的效果。研究表明:高密度夹杂物的去除效果与熔体流过的距离、时间和熔池的涡流状况密切相关;较长的熔池暴露时间和较长的流动距离对低密度夹杂物Ti N等的去除十分有利。等离子冷床炉熔炼实现了对合金熔化、精炼、铸造过程的单独处理和调控,在消除各种夹杂物方面表现优异。
The effect of removing high and low density inclusions by plasma arc cold hearth was studied by adding inclusions of different density into the raw materials before melting. The results show that the removal effect of high density inclusions is closely related to the distance, time and eddy current of melt flow. In terms of the removal effect of low-density inclusions such as Ti N, longer exposure time and longer flow distance of molten pool are very favorable for the removal of low-density inclusions. The process of melting, refining and casting can be controlled by plasma arc cold hearth.It is excellent at removing inclusions.
