摘要
米勒魔芋是一种特殊价值较高的园艺作物,采收后的球茎具有较长休眠期。为探究米勒魔芋球茎休眠过程中主要内源激素及糖类物质变化情况,以米勒魔芋为材料,观察其芽点形态变化,并分析魔芋球茎从深度休眠期到萌芽期脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)以及糖类物质的含量变化。结果表明,ABA在球茎深度休眠期含量较低,在萌动期前开始上升至最高值213 ng/g,长芽后开始逐步下降;IAA在开始长芽后,有比较大的增长,达到最大值33.8 ng/g,进入萌芽期后球茎IAA含量回落至28 ng/g;可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量随着贮藏时间的增加均呈现升高趋势,而球茎内淀粉逐渐转化,含量持续下降。ABA对球茎休眠的维持具有重要作用,适量的IAA能促进球茎生根,淀粉可为魔芋球茎发芽提供营养物质及能量基础。
Amorphophallus muelleri is a kind of horticultural crop with high special value.The bulbs after harvest have a long dormant period.To explore the changes in the main endogenous hormones and biochemical content during the dormancy of konjac corms,this study used Amorphophallus muelleri as material to observe the morphological changes of buds,the changes of abscisic acid(ABA),auxin(IAA)and carbohydrate content in the period from deep dormancy to germination.The results showed that the ABA content was relatively low during the deep dormant period of the corm,and began to rise to a maximum value of 213 ng/g before the germination period,and gradually decreased after the long shoots.After growing,IAA had a relatively large increase,reaching a maximum at 33.8 ng/g.After the germination stage,the IAA content of the corm dropped back to 28 ng/g.The soluble sugar and soluble protein content increased with the raise storage period.The starch in the corm gradually transformed being continuously decreased.ABA had an important role in maintaining the dormancy of the corm.The appropriate amount of IAA could promote the rooting of the corm.The starch could provide the nutrients and the energy for the konjac corm to germinate.
