响应面法优化耧斗菜根系多糖提取工艺

Optimized Extraction Technology of Polysaccharide from Roots of Aquilegia vulgaris L.by Response Surface Method

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,选取微波时间、微波功率和料液比为影响因子,以耧斗菜根系多糖的产率作为响应值,应用Box-Behnken响应面法优化微波提取耧斗菜根系多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,微波法提取多糖的最优条件为:微波提取时间44 s、微波提取功率60 W、料液比1∶21(g/m L);在此条件下,多糖得率为17.64%,与理论值接近。利用响应面法优化耧斗菜根系多糖的提取工艺合理可行,结果可为水提耧斗菜根系多糖的工业化应用提供理论依据。 The conditions of microwave extraction of polysaccharides from the roots of Aquilegia vulgaris L.were optimized by response surface method,on the basis of single factor experiments,the microwave time,microwave power,ratio of material to liquid were selected as the influencing factors.A 3-factor,3-level Box-Behnken design(BBD)was used for response surface analysis with polysaccharide yield as response value.The results showed that the optimal conditions of the microwave method were as follows:microwave extraction time of 44 s,microwave extraction power of 60 W,and material-liquid ratio 1∶21(g/mL).Under this condition,the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide from Aquilegia vulgaris L.reached 17.64%,which was close to the actual verification value.Therefore,it is reasonable and feasible to optimize the extraction condition of the polysaccharide from the roots of Aquilegia vulgaris L.by response surface method,which can provide theoretical basis for the industrial application of the polysaccharide from the roots of Aquilegia vulgaris L..
