上颌磨牙龋源性残冠截根术治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of the root amputation in the treatment of maxillary molar residual crown for caries

目的探讨上颌磨牙龋源性残冠截根术治疗的临床效果。方法患者知情同意后,选择上颌磨牙龋源性残冠30颗,行截根术治疗后,常规根管治疗、牙周系统治疗,术后3个月及6个月评价患牙的治疗效果。结果截根术后6个月复查,30颗患牙中28颗行截根术治疗有效,1颗出现根折,1颗出现牙周脓肿。结论上颌磨牙龋源性残冠经截根术治疗后有效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of root amputation in the treatment of maxillary molar with residual crowns for caries to guide clinical work. Methods After informed consent, 30 maxillary molar residual crowns resulting from caries were selected. As for every tooth, the amputation of one root or two was performed, and root canal treatment plus periodontal therapy was done. The therapeutic effect was evaluated 3 months and 6 months after the amputation. Results Six months later, the root amputation of 28 teeth was successful. One tooth failed due to root fracture, and another due to periodontal abscess. Conclusion Root amputation of maxillary molar residual crown for caries can be effective.
