龙岗地区正常高值血压人群中医体质及代谢指标分析

An Anlysis of TCM Constitutions and Metabolic Indexes of the Population with Normal High Blood Pressure in Longgang District

目的:通过研究龙岗地区正常高值血压人群中医体质及代谢指标情况,为高血压前期人群的健康管理及病前干预提供依据。方法:共收集正常高值血压人群2019例,作为观察组,同时收集正常血压人群2237例,作为对照组,检测其血压、中医体质类型、体质指数(BMI)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、血糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)等代谢指标,并将结果进行处理及分析。结果:在高值血压人群中,痰湿质、湿热质例数最多,其次为气虚质、血瘀质。对高值血压发病的体质影响因素进行Logistic回归分析,发现平和质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质为其发生的危险因素。不同体质之间BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、GLU、UA具有一定差异;而在痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质人群中BMI、TG、TC、LDL-C、GLU、UA均高于平和质人群。通过对比高血压低风险组和高血压高风险组人群的各项指标结果,发现后者的BMI、GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C指标均明显高于前者。结论:在偏颇体质人群中,正常高值血压发生的主要危险因素为痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质,且偏颇体质中痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质的代谢指标紊乱情况明显高于平和体质,因此对正常高值血压人群及早进行体质干预措施显得尤为重要。

Objective:To provide the reference for health management of the population with prehypertension and prehypertension intervention by studying TCM constitutions and metabolic indexes of the population with normal high blood pressure in Longgang district.Methods:All 2019 persons with normal high blood pressure were collected and taken as the observation group,simultaneously,2237 persons with normal blood pressure were gathered as the control group,to detect metablic indexes such as blood pressure,TCM constitutions,BMI,serum total cholesteral(TC),triglyceride(TG),LDL-C,fasting blood glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA)and others,the results were managed and analyzed.Results:Among the population,most of the patients had the phlegm-damp constitution and damp-heat constitution,the next Qi deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution.The influencing factors of the constitutions in high value of normal blood pressure were analyzed using Logistic regression,and the results showed that plain constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,dampness-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution were the risk factors of hypertension attacking.BMI,serum TG,TC,LDL,fasting blood glucose and blood UA showed the certain difference in different constitutions;while BMI,TC,TG,LDL,GLU and UA in the population of phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stagnation were higher than these in the one of plain constitution.By comparing different indexes between high risk population and low risk population,the results showed that BMI,GLU,TC,TG and LDL-C of high risk population were notably higher than these of low risk people.Conclusion:Among the biased constitutions,the main risk factors of normal high blood pressure attacking are phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution,and metabolic disturbance of the persons of phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution and blood stasis constitution are remarkably higher than these of the ones of plain constitution,so it′s signficant to perform constitution intervention measures earlier on the persons with normal high blood pressure.
