新生化口服液治疗血瘀型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血35例

Treating 35 Cases of P erimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Xinshenghua Oral Liquid

目的:观察新生化口服液治疗血瘀型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组及对照组,每组35例。2组均给予常规生活方式干预。对照组出血期服用新生化颗粒,2袋/次,3次/d,出血停止即停药;观察组出血期服用新生化口服液,20 m L/次,3次/d。2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。观察2组近期止血疗效、中医证候疗效,并分别测定治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)等指标。结果:止血疗效总有效率观察组为85.71%(30/35),对照组为80.00%(28/35),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候疗效总有效率观察组为94.28%(33/35),对照组为74.28%(26/35),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hb、PT、APPT治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生化口服液治疗血瘀型围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血疗效、中医证候疗效显著,并可缩短PT、APTT。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Xinshenghua oral liquid in the treatment for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of blood stasis pattern.Methods:Seventy patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order,35 cases.Both groups were intervened by conventional lifestyle.The control group took Xinshenghua granules during bleeding period,two packages each time,three times each day,drug withdrawal until the bleeding stopped.The observation group took Xinshenghua oral liquid during bleeding period,20 m L each time,three times each day.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles consecutively.To observe short-term hemostasis effects,clinical effects of TCM syndrome in both groups,and detect the indexes including hemoglobin(Hb),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)and others before and after treating respectively.Results:Total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 85.71%(30/35),higher than 80.00%(28/35)of the control group,and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Total effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effects in the observation group was94.28%(33/35),higher than 74.28%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).The difference could be found in the comparison of Hb,PT,APPT within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference between both groups after treating had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinshenghua oral liquid in the treatment for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of blood stasis pattern shows notable effects in hemostasis effects and clinical effects of TCM syndromes,and it could shorten PT and APTT.
