健康教育专题片配合专科博客护理在恶性胸腔积液患者中的应用

Application Effects of Health Education Feature and Nursing Specialty Blog Nursing on the Patients with Malignant Pleural Effusions

目的:探究在恶性胸腔积液患者中应用健康教育专题片配合护理专科博客护理的效果。方法:以2015年8月至2016年8月行常规护理的72例恶性胸腔积液患者为对照组,以2016年9月至2017年9月行健康教育专题片配合专科博客护理的72例恶性胸腔积液患者为观察组。对比2组患者护理前后自护能力、生活质量变化及并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理1周后自护能力、自护责任感、自我概念、知识水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理1周后生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育专题片配合专科博客护理应用于恶性胸腔积液患者可有效提高其自护能力及生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effects of applying health education feature and nursing specialty blog nursing to the patients with malignant pleural effusions.Methods:All 72 patients who accepted conventional care from August,2015 to August,2016 were chosen as the control group,and another 72 patients who performed health education feature and nursing specialty blog nursing from September,2016 to September,2017 were taken as the observation group.To compare self-care ability,the changes of quality of life and the incidence of the complications before and after nursing between both groups.Results:The observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of self-care ability,self-care responsiblity self concept and knowledge level one week after nursing,and the difference could be found(P<0.05);the observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of physiological function,physiological role,emotional role,energy,somatic pain,total health,mental health and social function one week after nursing,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the observation group was lower than the control group in complication incidence,and there was a signficant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education feature and nursing specialty blog nursing to the patients with malignant pleural effusions could effectively raise self-care ability and quality of life,and reduce complication incidences.
