路径化中医护理方案在强直性脊柱炎患者护理中的应用

Application of Path TCM Nursing Regimen to the Care for the Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:研究路径化中医护理方案在强直性脊柱炎患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将70例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予路径化中医护理方案。比较2组患者外周关节疼痛数、晨僵时间、胸廓活动度、护理满意度、护理舒适度和生活质量。结果:外周关节疼痛数和晨僵时间观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),胸廓活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度及护理舒适度观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理后生活质量评分值均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:路径化中医护理方案有助于提高强直性脊柱炎患者护理满意度、护理舒适度和生活质量。

Objective:To study the application values of path TCM nursing regimen to the care for the patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:Seventy patients were randomly allocated to two groups,35 cases each group.The control group adopted conventional care,and the observation group path TCM nursing regimen.To compare quality of life,nursing comfort degrees,nursing satisfaction degree,chest activity,morning stiffiness time and the number of painful peripheral joints between both groups.Results:The observation group was lower than the control group in the number of painful peripheral joints and morning stiffiness time notably(P<0.05),higher than the control group in chest activity remarkably(P<0.05);the observation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfaction degree and nursing comfort degree(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life after nursing rose notably in both groups(P<0.05);the improvement of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Path TCM nursing regimen is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction degree,nursing comfort degree and quality of life in AS patients.
