中西医结合护理模式在烧伤护理中的应用

Impact of Integrative Medicine Nursing on Burn Patients

目的:分析中西医结合护理模式在烧伤护理中的应用效果。方法:将110例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各55例。观察组给予中西医结合护理模式,对照组给予西医护理模式,对比2组患者继发性感染发生情况、创面愈合时间及生活质量评分。结果:继发感染发生率观察组为9.09%(5/55),对照组为20.00%(11/55),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。创面愈合时间、生活质量评分干预后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤护理中采用中西医结合护理模式可大幅降低患者继发感染发生率、缩短创面愈合时间并改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe th effects of integrative medicine nursing on burn patients.Methods:All 110 patients were randomized into two groups,55 cases each group,the control group was given Western medince nursing,and the observation group integrative medicine nursing,to compare wound healing time,the scores of quality of life and secondary infection between both groups.Results:Secondary infection incidence of the observation group was 9.09%(5/55),lower than 20.0%(11/55)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference could be found in wound healing time and the scores of quality of life between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of integrative medicine nursing in clinical nursing for burn patients could drastically lower secondary infection rate,shorten wound healing time and improve quality of life.
