摘要
建立使用加压萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用仪测定土壤中邻苯基苯酚含量的方法。邻苯基苯酚经过冻干、萃取、净化、浓缩、定容,气相色谱分离、质谱检测。研究结果显示:该方法对邻苯基苯酚的线性范围为0.5~20μg/mL,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.003 mg/kg;空白基底加标回收率为79.0%~96.4%,标准偏差为3.2%~5.1%;基体加标回收率为75.2%~93.1%,标准偏差为1.6%~4.5%。该方法准确、高效,可满足土壤中邻苯基苯酚的检测要求。
The method of pressure extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was developed to determine the content of o-phenylphenol in soil. O-Phenylphenol was lyophilized, extracted, purified, concentrated,and fixed to volume, separated by gas chromatography, and detected by mass spectrometry. The results show that the linear range of this method for o-phenylphenol is 0.5 to 20 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is0.9995, and the detection limit is 0.003 mg/kg. The recovery of standard addition of blank substrate was79.0%~96.4%, and the standard deviation was 3.2%~5.1%;the recovery of standard addition of substrate was75.2%~93.1%, and the standard deviation was 1.6%~4.5%. This method is accurate and efficient, and can meet the requirements for the detection of o-phenylphenol in soil.
