牙髓炎患者行多次法根管与一次性根管治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of single-visit and multi-visit root canal therapy in patients with pulpitis

目的讨论临床对牙髓炎患者应用多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的临床效果。方法 105例牙髓炎患者,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组(60例)与研究组(45例)。对照组应用多次法根管治疗,研究组应用一次性根管治疗。对比两组疗效、治疗后疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率95.56%高于对照组的81.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后疼痛评分(2.19±1.22)分低于对照组的(3.02±1.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率4.44%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对牙髓炎患者应用一次性根管治疗的优势更大,可有效缓解疼痛,且不良反应少,安全性良好,具有较高的临床应用指导意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of single-visit and multi-visit root canal therapy in patients with pulpitis. Methods A total of 105 patients with pulpitis were divided into control group(60 cases) and research group(45 cases). The control group received multi-visit root canal therapy, and the research group received single-visit root canal therapy. The efficacy, pain degree after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 95.56% in the research group was higher than 81.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The pain score after treatment(2.19±1.22) points in the research group was lower than(3.02±1.48) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions 4.44% in the research group was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Single-visit root canal therapy shows more advantages for patients with pulpitis, and it can effectively relieve pain with less adverse reactions and high safety. It contains a higher clinical application guidance significance.
