摘要
针对目眩光线都要穿过前挡风玻璃,把电控调光玻璃用作前挡风玻璃来适时降低透光率而产生主动防眩目效果。实验所用材料仪器包括叠压扭曲向列相液晶(TN)的调光玻璃、光敏传感器及其放大电路、防眩目控制电路、LED射灯及其调光电路、双踪示波器和照度计等。选择逆变交流电驱动超薄型TN调光玻璃,加载36 V以下安全电压便可使液晶光阀在0.1 s内完全开启,玻璃透光率达到85%以上,在3.28 s内大幅关闭,玻璃透光率不低于70%。实验结果表明:用电控调光玻璃作为前挡风玻璃能够及时产生防炫目效果,防止驾驶员短暂视盲。
The blinding light should pass through front windshield of automobile. The use of electric dimming glass as front windshield could reduce transmittance at the right time and produce active effect against glares. The materials and instruments used in the experiment included laminated twisted nematode liquid crystal(TN) dimming glass, photosensitive sensors and amplifying circuits, anti-glare control circuits, LED spotlights and dimming circuits, dual trace oscilloscope and illuminometer, etc. The experiment show that selecting inverter AC driving ultra-thin TN light-regulating glass, loading the safety voltage below 36 V, can make the liquid crystal light valve fully open within 0.1 s, glass light transmittance reaches more than 85%, significantly closed within 3.28 s, glass light transmittance is not less than 70%.It is shown electrically controlled dimming glass can produce anti-dazzle effect in time, and prevent temporary blindness of the driver.
