摘要
随着汽车行业的不断发展,准双曲面齿轮作为汽车底盘重要的传动部件之一,对其质量和性能要求越来越严格,热处理后的精车旨在对主动齿进行精加工,以获得图纸要求的尺寸及精度。采用统计过程控制SPC中的控制图对齿轮精车中的主动齿轴承位和被动齿内孔进行质量监控,并对其进行过程能力分析,确保齿轮精车的尺寸波动在合理范围内,达到改善主、被动齿轮装配质量的目的。
With the continuous development of the automotive industry, hypoid gear is one of the most important transmission components for automotive chassis. Their quality and performance requirements are increasingly stringent. After heat treatment, accurate turning aims at finishing the main teeth to meet drawings requirements. The statistical process control chart in the SPC was used on the quality control of the gear teeth in the main gear bearing position and the internal gear hole, and its process capability was analyzed, to ensure that the gear accurate turning dimension fluctuations within a reasonable range, to improve the main gear assembly quality.
