基于TDCS/CTC平台的铁路施工安全防护系统设计与研究

Design and Research of Railway Construction Safety Protection Based TDCS/CTC Platform

针对日常铁路运输生产过程中,各项施工作业由于安全防护不到位而导致的安全问题,在充分研究TDCS、CTC、TDMS相关系统功能、数据信息和操作使用等情况的基础上,以“设备保障安全”理念为基础,基于TDCS/CTC平台,依据施工作业流程,以“施工边界安全防护”为中心,结合数据挖掘、静态卡控、动态防护等技术手段,构建一套合理的、完整的、闭环的铁路施工安全防护系统,实现施工作业的全程监控,有效减少施工作业过程中的安全隐患,提升施工作业的安全可靠性,进一步保证铁路行车安全。

The safety problems caused by the inadequate safety protection of various construction operations always exist in the process of daily railway transportation.By fully studying the functions,data and operations of TDCS,CTC and TDMS.a set of reasonable,complete and closedloop railway construction safety protection system is constructed over TDCS/CTC platform based on the concept of"equipment guarantee the safety"according to the process of construction operation.This system focuses on "construction boundary safety protection"and make use of data mining.procedure control,dynamic protection and other technical means to realize the wholeprocess monitoring of construction operations.effectively reducing the hidden dangers in the process of construction.improving the safety and reliability of construction operations,and further ensuring the operation safety of railway.
