摘要
介绍了一种以微处理器为控制核心,基于IGBT驱动的永磁机构真空断路器二次控制系统。整个系统结构包括直流电源模块、IGBT驱动模块、输入信号采集模块及微处理器模块。另外针对目前永磁机构真空断路器二次控制系统存在的一些问题,设计了防跳回路、电容电压监测电路、线圈连续性监测电路,用以完善永磁机构真空断路器的二次控制系统功能,提升永磁机构真空断路器的综合性能。
A secondary control system of vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet mechanism driven by IGBT and microprocessor which was used as the control core was introduced.The whole system structure included DC power supply module,IGBT driver module,input signal acquisition module and microprocessor module.In addition,aiming at some problems of the secondary control system of vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic mechanism,anti-jump circuit,capacitor voltage monitoring and coil continuity monitoring circuits were designed.These circuits were used to optimize and improve the secondary control system function of permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker and enhance the comprehensive performance of permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker.
