摘要
针对现有抢修塔组立采用地面整体组装后,用人字抱杆整体倒落式起吊,再打上临时拉线固定,存在需要较大面积的平整场地用于组装、起吊整体抢修塔的问题,提出一种更适合山区架空输电线路应急抢修的组合式杆塔。新研制的塔段可避免铆钉铆接存在的隐患风险,还能提高机构强度,尽量缩小塔段截面,并根据新研制的组合杆塔结构研究适合山区的快速应急组立方案。
For the existing repair tower assembly,the whole assembly of the ground was adopted,and the whole person was lifted and lowered by the herringbone pole,and then the temporary cable was fixed.There is a problem that a large area needs to be used for assembling and lifting the whole repair tower.A combined tower that was more suitable for emergency repair of overhead transmission lines in mountainous areas was proposed.The newly developed tower section should avoid the hidden danger of rivet riveting,increase the strength of the mechanism,and minimize the section of the tower section.According to the newly developed composite tower structure,a rapid emergency assembly scheme suitable for mountainous areas was studied.
