摘要
在2 MHz的超高频感应加热电源研究背景下,通过两种理论分析方法来研究基于SiC器件的分时控制方法对开关损耗的影响,同时改进了FPGA全数字锁相环根据负载谐振频率的动态分频,从而扩大锁相范围。
In the research background of 2 MHz ultra-highfrequency induction heating power supply,two theoretical methods are used to study the influence of theSiC device-based time-sharing control method on the switching loss.At the same time,the dynamic frequency division of the FPGA all-digital phase-locked loopbased on the resonant frequency of the load is improved,thereby expanding thephase-locked range.
