摘要 针对小电流测量接触电阻方面的问题和电解电容器质量重等方面的劣势,研制了大电流测试装置,采用超级电容器来输出千安级的大电流用于测量接触电阻,具有重量轻、现场测量效率高等优点。为验证大电流测试装置的可靠性与准确性,对某220 kV变电站内的GIS开关接触电阻进行了测试,结果表明其测量结果准确、可靠。 Aiming at the problem of small current measurement contact resistance and the disadvantage of electrolytic capacitor quality,a large current test device was developed with advantage of light weight and high field measurement efficiency,which used super capacitor to output large current of kA level for measuring contact resistance.In order to verify the reliability and accuracy of the large current test device,the contact resistance of the GIS switch in a 220 kV substation was tested.The measurement results showed that the measurement results of the high current test device developed in this paper were accurate and reliable.
