阐述了当前高压开关设备的运行现状和隐患排查的主要手段,分析了局放监测技术优势与监测手段的缺陷,提出了基于测控保护平台的局放在线监测策略,解决了局放监测的应用难题,有效地实现了开关设备的状态检测,很大程度避免了事故的发生,对系统的稳定、设备与人身的安全具有重要意义。

This paper expounds the current operation situation of high voltage switchgear and the main methods of hidden danger investigation,analyzes the advantages of partial discharge monitoring technology and the defects of monitoring methods at present,and puts forward an on-line monitoring strategy of partial discharge based on measurement and control protection platform,which solves the application problems of partial discharge monitoring,effectively realizes the state detection of switchgears,and avoids the occurrence of accidents.It is of great significance to the stability of the system and the safety of equipment and people.
