Discussion on Optimization of Inspection Process of Transformer Gas Relay

为优化检修工作流程,缩短变压器气体继电器定期检验后的更换时间,减少变压器气体继电器拆、装检验中造成的变压器管路渗漏油、阀门故障等,结合气体继电器检验过程,提出了只更换气体继电器内部机构,以完成气体继电器按期检验的思路。

In order to optimize the maintenance work process,shorten the replacement time of the transformer gas relay after periodic inspection,and reduce the oil leakage and valve failure of transformer pipeline caused by the disassembly and installation in the gas relay inspection,combined with the actual inspection process of gas relay,it is proposed to replace only the internal mechanism of the gas relay to complete the periodic inspection of the gas relay.
