摘要
从甲方建筑安装管理角度出发,提出安装工程进度、质量、造价及管理水平的控制措施,以期为甲方安装管理能力的提升提供有益借鉴。
From the perspective of the installation management of Party A,the paper puts forward the control measures of the progress,quality,cost and management level of the installation project,in order to provide useful reference for the improvement of the installation management ability of Party.
