黄土湿陷事故处理分析

摘要 湿陷变形是一种失稳性变形,下沉量大,下沉速度快,对建筑物危害大。地下管沟渗水是黄土湿陷事故的主因,当已建建筑在使用期内发生地基或房心土浸水沉降时,必须抓住“浸水”这个主因,综合沉降的特点来选择合适的方法进行地基或房心加固处理,从根本上解决湿陷问题,确保加固效果。庆阳市西峰区某能源公司的一栋小高层办公楼为筏板基础,因地下管沟破损及外墙散水渗水等导致首层地面大面积下沉,通过阻断水源及灰土挤密桩对回填土进行加固等措施取得了较好的加固效果。 Collapsible deformation is a kind of unstable deformation,which has a large amount of subsidence,a fast sinking speed and a great harm to buildings.The seepage of underground pipe trench is the main cause of loess collapsible accident.When the foundation or room core soil of the built building is immersed in water and subsides during the service period,we must grasp the main cause of“immersion”,and choose the appropriate method to reinforce the foundation or room core according to the characteristics of settlement,so as to fundamentally solve the collapsible problem and ensure the reinforcement effect.A small high-rise office building of an energy company in Xifeng district is a raft foundation.Due to the damage of the underground pipe trench and the seepage of the external wall water,the ground of the first floor sinks in a large area.The measures such as blocking the water source and lime soil compaction pile to reinforce the backfill have achieved good reinforcement effect.
