西河煤矿采区运输巷穿采空区支护技术

摘要 针对西河煤矿3号煤三采区运输巷穿采空区的情况,制定了采用29U型棚架支护的方式来保证巷道围岩稳定性,通过理论计算得出巷道所承受的顶板压力及29U型棚架极限载荷分别为225.3 kN/m和133.74 kN/m,确定了棚架支护的棚距为0.5 m。现场应用表明,采用密集29U型棚架支护可以有效保证穿采空区巷道围岩稳定性,研究结果可以为类似条件下巷道支护提供参考。 In view of the situation of transport roadway penetrating goaf in No.3 coal mining area of Xihe coal mine,a support method of 29U type scaffolding was developed to ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rocks 225.3 kN/m and 133.74 kN/m are determined,and the shelving distance of trellis support is 0.5 m.The field application shows that the adoption of dense 29U type scaffolding support can effectively guarantee the stability of roadway surrounding rock in goaf,and the research results can provide references for roadway support under similar conditions.
