栀子蓝色素对前囊膜染色有效性和安全性的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨栀子蓝色素对晶体前囊膜染色的效果及其安全性能。方法:利用新西兰白兔作为研究对象,分别检测栀子蓝色素对晶体前囊膜染色效果、眼前节毒性。制备不同浓度(5%、4%、3%、2%、1%、0.5%)的栀子蓝染色剂对兔晶体前囊膜进行染色,观察染色效果,确定最佳染色剂浓度。选取27只健康无眼病新西兰白兔,随机抽签法分为3组:栀子蓝染色剂组;bio-blue阳性药组;生理盐水组。分别检测1、7、14 d内兔眼压、前房炎症、角膜内皮损伤情况、前房角病理变化。结果:栀子蓝色素浓度为2%时对晶体前囊膜染色效果最佳,前房注射短时间内眼压没有变化、前房未见炎症反应,前房角无病理变化,角膜内皮无损伤。结论:栀子蓝色素浓度为2%时对晶体前囊膜染色效果最佳,同时染色剂对眼前节没有明显毒副作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of gardenia blue pigment on the anterior capsule staining and its safety performance.Methods:In this study,New Zealand white rabbits were used as the research object,and the effect of gardenia blue pigment on the anterior capsule sac staining and anterior segment toxicity were measured.In this study,different concentrations of gardenia blue dyes(5%,4%,3%,2%,1%,0.5%)were used to stain the anterior capsule of rabbit crystals,and the effect of dyeing was observed to determine the optimal concentration of dye.Twenty-seven healthy New Zealand white rabbits without eye disease were randomly divided into three groups:gardenia blue stain group;bio-blue positive drug group;normal saline group.The intraocular pressure,anterior chamber inflammation,corneal endothelial injury,and anterior chamber angle pathological changes were measured in 1 d,7 d,and 14 d.Results:The results of this study showed that when the blue pigment concentration of Gardenia japonicus was 2%,it had the best staining effect on the anterior capsule of the lens.There was no change in intraocular pressure in the anterior chamber injection for a short time,no inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber,and no pathological changes in the anterior chamber angle.There is no damage to the corneal endothelium.Conclusions:The results of this study show that the effect of gardenia blue pigment on the anterior capsule is best when the concentration of blue pigment is 2%.At the same time,the stain has no obvious toxic and side effects on the anterior segment of the eye.
