工作面运输平巷超前支护技术优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对工作面运输平巷受上覆岩层自重应力和工作面采动形成的超前支承压力影响条件下的顶板控制问题,以晋能集团四通煤业205工作面运输平巷超前支护为工程背景,采用数值模拟方法分析了单体液压支柱与迈步式液压支架对工作面运输平巷超前支护效果的影响。通过对两种超前支护方式下工作面运输平巷应力分布规律及位移变化规律的分析,得出单体液压支柱支护时巷道围岩最大变形速率是迈步式液压支架支护时的两倍左右,为回采工作面运输平巷推广使用迈步式液压支架进行超前支护提供了可靠依据。 Aiming at the roof control problem of haulage roadway under the influence of overlying strata self-weight stress and advanced abutment pressure formed during mining in working face,this paper took the advanced support of 205 working face of Sitong Coal Industry of Jinneng Group as engineering background,and used numerical simulation method to analyze the influence of single hydraulic prop and step-type hydraulic support on the advanced abutment effects at haulage roadway.Based on the analysis of stress distribution and displacement variation law of haulage roadway under two kinds of advanced support modes,it was concluded that the maximum displacement rate of surrounding rock with single hydraulic prop was about twice that of step-type hydraulic support,the results provided a reliable basis for widely using the step-type hydraulic supports for advanced supporting in haulage roadway of mining face.
