摘要
液滴撞击固体壁面的动力学行为广泛存在于能源化工、机械冶金、航空航天以及工农业生产各个领域,研究液滴撞击固体壁面动态行为,内部流场以及传热传质机理对化工、冷却、喷墨打印等技术领域有重要意义。文章查阅国内外相关的部分文献,对液滴撞击壁面过程动态行为研究从理论、实验和数值模拟方面进行归纳和总结,分别从撞击后铺展、回缩、反弹等动态行为、以及相关的影响因素,如壁面形态结构、润湿性、液滴物性等进行整理分析,就理论、实验和数值模拟重点研究范围进行论述,指出三种研究方法各自存在优缺点,提出针对具体相关领域液滴撞击壁面进一步研究建议和展望。
The dynamic behavior of a liquid droplet impacting a solid surface exists widely in the fields of energy,chemical industry,mechanical metallurgy,aerospace,industrial and agricultural production.The study of the internal flow and the mechanism of heat and mass transfer of droplet impact on solid surface is of significance in the chemical engineering,cooling and ink-jet printing.In this paper,the droplet impacting on the wall surface is summarized from the aspects of theory,experiment and numerical simulation.The dynamic behaviors,such as spreading,retraction and rebound after impact,as well as the influence factors,such as the state,structure and wettability of the solid surface,physical properties of the droplet,are analyzed.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are pointed out,and some suggestions and prospects for further research on droplet impinging on the solid surface are put forward.
