摘要
为保证钢结构安装施工方案的安全性和经济性,结合某商务楼工程实际,对其悬挑结构的安装和卸载过程进行了施工阶段分析。根据计算所得各个支撑点的受力情况和悬挑结构的应力情况,对2种安装方案进行了比较,得出了最优安装方案。通过计算分析,验算了施工方案的可行性。
In order to ensure the safety and economy of the construction scheme of steel structure installation,combined with the actual situation of a commercial building,the installation and unloading process of its cantilever structure is analyzed in the construction stage.According to the calculated stress of each supporting point and the stress of the cantilever structure,the two installation schemes are compared,and the optimal installation scheme is obtained.Through calculation and analysis,the feasibility of the construction scheme is checked.
