摘要
某建筑高度180 m的住宅工程外脚手采用了分段式双排悬挑脚手架。为了缩短外墙及外脚手架拆除的施工时间,优先拆除了底部2段悬挑架。在此基础上,为保证上部空中型钢悬挑架拆除的安全,采用搭设简易悬挑平台的方式,综合辅助原有悬挑脚手架的分段拆除,不仅实现了短时间内完成型钢拆除及外墙收尾的工作目标,而且提高了安全与质量管理工作的实操性。
The external scaffold of a residential project with a building height of 180 m adopts a segmented double row cantilever scaffold.In order to reduce the construction time of the removal of the external wall and external scaffold,the bottom two cantilever frames are removed first.On this basis,in order to ensure the safety of the removal of the upper steel cantilever frame,a simple cantilever platform is set up to comprehensively assist the removal of the original cantilever scaffold by segments,which not only achieves the goal of the removal of the steel section and the closure of the outer wall in a short time,but also improves the practical operation of the safety and quality management.
