摘要 针对超深钻孔灌注桩的结构特点和施工要求,通过水下高性能混凝土的配制研究以及生产施工质量的控制,配制出工作性、强度和耐久性优良的C50水下混凝土,很好地满足了深100 m的水下灌注施工要求,并成功应用在超高层建筑超深、大长径比、高承载力的桩基中。工程应用质量效果良好,对类似超深桩基工程具有一定的参考价值。 According to the structural characteristics and construction requirements of ultra-deep bored pile,C50 underwater concrete with excellent workability,strength and durability is prepared through the research on the preparation of underwater high-performance concrete and the control of production and construction quality,which can meet the requirements of underwater pouring construction with depth of 100 m,and has been successfully applied to the ultra-deep pile foundation with large length diameter ratio and the high bearing capacity of super high-rise buildings.The engineering application quality effect is good,which has certain reference value for similar ultra-deep pile foundation engineering.
