摘要
十堰市地下综合管廊PPP项目在进行中心城区管廊施工时采用了盾构法建造技术。以此为例,在施工盾构隧道管廊内部结构时,对如何确定盾构隧道分隔墙结构形式、如何确保后浇混凝土结构与预制盾构管片的有效可靠连接、如何解决盾构隧道内混凝土浇筑难题等方面进行了研究,最终总结得出了一整套盾构隧道管廊内分舱结构的设计与施工关键技术。
The shield construction technology is used in the construction of pipe gallery in the central urban area of Shiyan underground comprehensive pipe gallery PPP project.Taking this project as an example,during the construction of the internal structure of the tunnel,the paper studies how to determine the structural form of the shield tunnel partition wall,how to ensure the effective and reliable connection between the post-cast concrete structure and the prefabricated shield segment,and how to solve the problem of the concrete pouring in the tunnel.Finally,the paper summarizes a complete set of the design and construction key technology of subdivision structure in the pipe gallery of shield tunnel.
