摘要
随着混凝土材料体系组成的不断变化,传统混凝土工作性评价方法已难以满足现代混凝土工程施工的需要。为此,从流变学角度出发,探索新拌混凝土工作性的临界特性。通过混凝土流变仪测试研究与泵送仿真分析相结合的方法,建立新拌混凝土工作性控制区间带。该区间带以塑性黏度和坍落扩展度指标为控制参数,其下限值通过流变学试验与坍落扩展度实验共同确定,上限值通过泵送仿真分析与工程经济性分析共同确定。该方法可为混凝土泵送施工提供相关理论指导与技术支撑。
With the progressive change of the composition of the concrete material system,the traditional concrete workability evaluation method has been difficult to meet the requirement of modern concrete engineering construction.Therefore,from the perspective of rheology,the critical characteristics of workability of fresh concrete are explored.Through the combination of concrete rheometer test and pumping simulation analysis,the workability control zone of fresh concrete is established.The zone takes the plastic viscosity and slump expansion index as the control parameters.Its lower limit value is determined by the rheological test and the slump expansion test together,and the upper limit value is determined by the pumping simulation analysis and the engineering economic analysis.This method can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for concrete pumping construction.
