摘要
目的探讨HtrA2/Omi与Livin在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)中的表达及临床意义。方法选取北部战区总医院和平分院普外科乳腺病区自2016年2月至2017年7月收治的63例行根治性手术治疗的IDC患者的病理组织与癌旁正常乳腺组织为研究对象。采用免疫组化法检测HtrA2/Omi与Livin在63例IDC组织及癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,分析二者的表达情况与临床病理特征间的关系。结果 HtrA2/Omi与Livin在IDC组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HtrA2/Omi的表达与肿瘤脉管侵犯有相关性(P<0.05),与患者年龄、是否绝经、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、原发肿瘤淋巴结转移分期(TNM)、组织学分级、神经侵犯、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体2(C-erbB-2)、细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)、分子分型均无相关性(P>0.05)。Livin蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05),与患者年龄、是否绝经、淋巴结转移、组织学分级、神经侵犯、脉管侵犯、ER、PR、C-erbB-2、Ki-67、分子分型均无相关性(P>0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示,IDC组织中HtrA2/Omi与Livin表达水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论在IDC患者中,HtrA2/Omi及Livin的高表达与肿瘤的发生、发展相关,Livin可能与IDC细胞增殖相关,高表达提示预后不良。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HtrA2/Omi and Livin in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast(IDC).Methods A retrospective study was performed on 63 cases of IDC patients who were admitted and underwent radical surgical treatment from February 2016 to July 2017.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HtrA2/Omi and Livin in 63 IDC tissues and corresponding adjacent normal breast tissues,and the relationship between the expression of HtrA2/Omi and Livin and the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of HtrA2/Omi and Livin in IDC tissues were significantly higher than normal breast tissues adjacent to cancer,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Omi/HtrA2 expression related to tumor vascular invasion(P<0.05),and patients′ age,menopausal status,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,primary tumor,lymph node metastasis staging(TNM) staging and histological grade,nerve invasion,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(C-erbB-2),the nucleus of cells proliferation antigen(Ki-67),molecular classification has no correlation(P>0.05).Livin protein expression was correlated with tumor size and TNM stage(P<0.05),but not with age,menopause,lymph node metastasis,histological grade,nerve invasion,vascular invasion,ER,PR,C-erB-2,Ki-67 or molecular typing(P>0.05).Spearman level correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between HtrA2/Omi and Livin expression levels in IDC(P>0.05).Conclusion In IDC patients,the high expression of HtrA2/Omi and Livin is related to the occurrence and development of tumors,and Livin may be related to the proliferation of IDC cells,indicating a poor prognosis.
