摘要 研究了剑麻纤维生物-化学联合脱胶工艺,探究生物酶脱胶中不同配比对剑麻的白度、细度、残胶率、断裂强力的影响,通过正交实验得出剑麻生物酶脱胶的最佳工艺中酶质量浓度为50g/L,果胶酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶的配比为1:2:2,温度为50℃,酶处理时间为2h,堆置时间为4h。 The bio-chemical combined degumming process of African sisal fiber is studied in this paper.The effects of different ratios in the degumming of biological enzymes on the whiteness,fineness,residual rate,and breaking strength of sisal is also explored.It is concluded by orthogonal experiment that in the optimum process of hemp biological enzyme degumming,the concentration of enzyme is 50 g/L,the ratio of pectinase,hemicellulase and laccase is 1:2:2,the temperature is 50℃,and the pH value of the enzyme treatment solution is 6.5.The enzyme treatment time is 2 hours,and the stacking time is 4 hours.
