制衣厂员工情绪智力与工作倦怠的关系研究 被引量:1

A study on the Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Job Burnout of Employees in Garment Factories

摘要 以320名制衣厂员工为调查对象,采用情绪智力量表《WLEIS》和工作倦怠量表通用版《MBI-GS》进行调查。结果表明:制衣厂员工情绪智力处于中等偏上水平;工作倦怠水平处于中等偏下。不同性别的制衣厂员工的情绪智力差异显著;制衣厂员工情绪智力及其各因子上的年龄差异均不显著;不同工作年限的制衣厂员工情绪智力及自我觉知因子与觉知他人因子上存在显著差异;不同性别、年龄、工作年限的制衣厂员工在工作倦怠以及情绪衰竭因子、玩世不恭因子上差异不显著,但是在低成就感因子上差异显著。制衣厂员工情绪智力及其各因子与工作倦怠及其玩世不恭因子与低成就感因子呈不同程度负相关。 A survey of 320 garment factory employees was conducted using the Emotional Intelligence Strength Table WLEIS and the general version of the Job Burnout Scale,MBI-GS.The results show that the employees’emotional intelligence is on the upper middle level and the job burnout is on the lower level.There are significant differences in emotional intelligence among employees of garment factories of different genders.There are no significant differences in emotional intelligence and age of factors.There are significant differences in emotional intelligence and self-awareness and other factors of awareness among employees of garment factories of different working years.There are no significant differences in job burnout and emotional exhaustion and cynicism among employees of garment factories of different gender,age and working years,but there are significant differences in low achievement factors.The emotional intelligence and its factors are negatively correlated with job burnout,cynicism and low achievement.
