摘要
文章从大学生职业发展与就业指导课程的现状和问题出发,分析了在大学生职业发展与就业指导课程中引入情境教学法的必要性,系统阐述了如何在该课程中创设符合学生实际的思想启蒙、心理感知、职场探索等三种情境教学,旨在培养大学生职业生涯规划意识和就业能力,激发学生学习动机,完善知识应用的迁移能力,提高大学生职业发展与就业指导课在实践应用中的教学效果。
Based on the study of the current situation of the professional development and career guidance course for college students,this article analyzes the necessity of implementing the Situational Approach in the courses,and discusses systematically how to construct the three practical modes of Situational Approach:ideological enlightenment,psychological perception and career development so as to promote the student's consciousness of career planning,employment competence,motivation of learning,and the ability to apply knowledge to practice,and teaching effect of the course in the practice.
