文化传播视角下环境犯罪的预防机制

Prevention Mechanism of Environmental Crimes from the Perspective of Cultural Communication

环境问题的产生原因很多,文化在其中有着根源性的影响。西方绿色犯罪学从三个方面吸收文化犯罪学的研究成果,即关注生态问题如何被文化传媒建构;致力于构建绿色消费文化;采纳文化犯罪学对“空间、犯罪、抵抗”的主张来分析在公共空间或日常生活中抵制生态危害行为的方式。借鉴绿色文化犯罪学的研究成果以及结合我国现状,从构建生态传播机制、倡导绿色消费文化、关注环保运动的新形态三个方面提出我国环境犯罪的预防对策。

Environmental problems result from varied causes,among which culture plays a fundamental role.Western green criminology absorbs the research results of cultural criminology from following three aspects:to focus on how ecological issues are constructed by cultural media,to build a green consumer culture and to adopt cultural criminology's proposal of"space,crime and resistance"to analyze the way of resisting ecological harm in public space or daily life.Based on the research results of green culture criminology and the current situation in China,this paper proposes prevention measures of environmental crimes in China from three aspects,namely constructing ecological communication mechanism,advocating green consumption culture and paying attention to the new forms of environmental protection movement.
