摘要
案例教学是当前教学中将理论与实践结合的较好的教学方法之一,其既有利于激发学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的综合素质,又有利于教师队伍的建设。但是,将案例教学运用到国际法课程中,无论是教授者方面还是受教者方面仍然存在一些问题。为减少这些问题对案例教学效果的影响,则需要进一步明确案例教学的运用方式。运用案例教学,课前应注重对案例的选取、课中应深化课堂讨论、课后应及时评价。
Case teaching is one of the better teaching methods that combines theory and practice in current teaching.It is not only beneficial to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve the overall quality of students,but also conducive to the team construction of teachers.However,the application of case teaching to the course of international law still has some problems in terms of teachers and students.In order to reduce the impact of these problems on the effectiveness of case teaching,it is necessary to further clarify the use of case teaching.The teacher should pay attention to the selection of cases before the class,deepen class discussion in the class,and timely evaluate after the class.
