支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清MIF、eotaxin-2和IgE的表达及相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、EOS趋化因子-2(eotaxin-2)、IgE的表达情况及其相关性。方法:选择2014年2月至2017年1月收治的100例支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿作为观察组,选择50例正常健康儿童作为对照组,测定血清MIF、eotaxin-2、IgE表达情况,并监测外周嗜酸性粒细胞比率(EOS%)与患儿肺功能相关指标,分析上述指标的表达情况及相关性。结果:观察组治疗后患儿1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)、用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MIF、eotaxin-2、IgE、EOS%均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组MIF、eotaxin-2均与FEV1、FEV1%pred、FVC、FEV1/FVC呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);IgE与FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC均呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);MIF、eotaxin-2、IgE均两两呈正相关(P<0.01),三者均与EOS%呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血清MIF、eotaxin-2、IgE均处于较高水平,三者表达均呈正相关,且与患儿肺功能呈负相关,与EOS%呈正相关,可作为病情严重程度及疗效评估的依据。 Objective:To investigate the expression and correlations of serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),eotaxin-2 and IgE in children with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods:100 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma from February 2014 to January 2017 were selected as observation group and 50 healthy children as control group.The expressions of serum MIF,eotaxin-2 and IgE were measured.The peripheral eosinophil ratio(EOS%)and pulmonary function were monitored.And the expression and correlations of the above indicators were analyzed.Results:FEV1,FEV1% pred,FVC,FEV1/FVC in the observation group after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).MIF,eotaxin-2,IgE and EOS%in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).MIF and eotaxin-2 in the observation group were negatively correlated with FEV1,FEV1% pred,FVC and FEV1/FVC(P<0.05 or P<0.01);IgE was negatively correlated with FEV1% pred and FEV1/FVC(P<0.05 or P<0.01);MIF,eotaxin-2 and IgE were positively correlated each other(P<0.01),and each of them was positively correlated with EOS%(P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of serum MIF,eotaxin-2 and IgE in children with acute attack of bronchial asthma are all at a high level.The expression of these three factors is positively correlated,and each of them is negatively correlated with pulmonary function and positively correlated with EOS%,which can be used as a basis for evaluating the severity and curative effect of the disease.
