欧洲汉语能力基准项目(EBCL)与台湾地区华语文能力指标(TOCFL、NAER)之初级写作能力指标对应研究 被引量:1

摘要 欧洲共同语文参考架构(CEFR)建立了描述语文应用能力的基准,自颁布以来,在汉语教学界产生深远影响。欧洲及主要使用华语的区域,均依照或宣称引用CEFR系统,制定各自的汉语能力指标或基准。由于语言能力指标乃是语言教学、评量、自学的基础,因此了解这些指标的异同具有意义与价值。不同区域间指针的参照一方面有助于了解个别指标的特色,另一方面则可为国际场域间的交流移动与转换运用带来帮助。本论文之研究目的,即在于此。本文对于欧洲EBCL与台湾地区TOCFL、NAER在形式、内容及对应文本的差异等方面,进行了参照比较,藉以探讨EBCL及TOCFL、NAER在落实CEFR架构上所呈现的特点。考虑EBCL现今公布的指标项目,以及TOCFL、NAER的架构内容,因此本论文拟以写作能力为主,针对EBCL及台湾地区的TOCFL、NAER的基础级中的写作项目,运用文献分析、专家对应,以及写作文本交叉评改对比等方法,多面向地对EBCL及台湾地区的TOCFL、NAER中写作能力基础/初级(Basic)进行参照分析,以明台湾地区-欧盟两地华语文写作能力指标之异同及特点。 The European Common Language Reference Framework(CEFR) has established a benchmark for describing language application capabilities, and since its promulgation, it has had a profound impact on Chinese language teaching. Europe and major Chinese-speaking regions, such as the mainland and Taiwan, have also adopted CEFR to develop their own Chinese proficiency indicators or benchmarks, such as the "European Benchmarking Chinese Language"(EBCL) and the "Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language"(TOCFL), the Chinese Language Index of the "National Academy for Educational Research"(NAER), the "Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi"(new HSK) in China's Mainland, and so on. Among them, TOCFL and the new HSK have been developed for many years, while EBCL and NAER are formulated or will be implemented in recent years, and their connotations are more complete and comprehensive than the indicators formulated earlier. Since the language ability index is the basis of language teaching, assessment, and self-study, it is the most important position in language learning. Therefore, understanding the similarities and differences of these indicators is very important. The reference understanding of different regional indicators helps on the understanding of individual indicators. And the characteristics, can also enable the international field Chinese teaching in the exchange and teaching movement, so that the learners and learners understand the key to the transformation of different systems. The purpose of this paper is to compare the difference between form, content and corresponding text of European EBCL and Taiwan’s TOCFL and NAER under the same source CEFR framework, so as to explore the EBCL and TOCFL, NAER two regional Chinese language indicators to implement CEFR The features presented by the architecture. Considering the EBCL’s current index items and the structure of TOCFL and NAER, this paper intends to use literature analysis, expert analysis, and literature analysis for EBCL and Taiwan’s TOCFL and NAER basic level writing projects. Cross-evaluation and comparison of writing texts, multi-faceted reference analysis of EBCL and Taiwan’s TOCFL, NAER writing ability basic/basic(Basic), to illustrate the similarities and differences and characteristics of Taiwan-EU Chinese language writing ability indicators.
