In order to promote the application of color planning in urban homesickness culture,enhance people's comfort in living environment,and explore the memory perception of homesickness,the paper analyzes and summarizes the importance of color planning forthe urban homesickness construction combined with the relationship between urban color planning and urban homesickness culture construction.Suggestions are put forward to improve the psychological sense of belonging of urban residentsand enhance the cohesion of the city by exploring the urban memory of people's life and inheriting the memory color.Under the environmental influence of the new era,taking the traditional memory color as the main color,combining with the modern color innovation,based on the local characteristics,strategies and countermeasures of urban color planning for the construction of urban homesickness are explored.
