摘要 物料较多时,物料自动分拣系统存在因负荷过重导致分拣准确性降低,控制的复杂程度增加等问题。文章设计了一款基于PLC的新型物料自动分拣系统,对伺服电机的速度进行精准控制,利用光电开关和接近开关对物料推手和物料进行精准定位,实现了物料的等距排列和高效率的精准分拣。伺服电机控制物料推手可以在各个分拣口之间来回运动,不需要在每个分拣口设置物料推手,大大提高了物料分拣的灵活性,同时也节省了制造成本。 When there are many materials,the automatic material sorting system suffers from problems such as reduced sorting accuracy and increased control complexity due to overload.In this paper,a new automatic material sorting system is designed based on PLC.The system precisely controls the speed of the servomotor,and uses the photoelectric switches and the proximity switches to accurately position the material pusher and materials,which realizes the equidistant arrangement of materials and accurate sorting with high efficiency.The servomotor controls the material pusher to move back and forth between the various sorting ports,without setting the material pusher at each sorting port,which greatly improves the material sorting flexibility and saves manufacturing costs.
