浅析超低排放改造后吸收塔除雾器堵塞

Analysis on Blockage of Absorber Demister After Ultra-low Emission Modification

随着超低排放技术的普及和烟气排放要求的不断提高,各燃煤机组逐步开始超低排放改造,而原有脱硫系统中个别设备因运行方式发生改变而造成设备故障。文章主要对超低排放改造后脱硫吸收塔除雾器堵塞问题进行分析并提出应对措施。

With the popularization of ultra-low emission technology and the continuous improvement of flue gas emission requirements,each coal-fired unit gradually starts ultra-low emission transformation.However,some equipment in the original desulfurization system changes due to the operation mode,resulting in equipment failure.In this paper,the blockage problem of the demister of desulfurization absorber after the ultra-low emission modification is analyzed,and countermeasures are put forward.
