摘要
文章研究并整合输电线路及间隔通流设备的热稳定限额约束,电流互感器精度约束,输电通道关键点温升约束等约束因子,归一化管理关联设备的静态热稳定限额并评估其静态安全裕度和动态增容程度,制定动态提升输送能力的协同约束策略,有效解决输电通道热稳定受限问题。
This paper studies and integrates constraint factors such as thermal stability limit constraints of both transmission lines and interval flow equipment,accuracy constraint of current transformers,and temperature rise constraint at key points of transmission channel,normalizes the static thermal stability limits of the associated devices,evaluates its static safety redundancy and dynamic capacity increase extent,and formulates a coordinated constraint strategy to dynamically promote the transmission capacity to effectively solve the problem of thermal stability limit on the transmission channel.
