摘要
针对开关面板组装作业现场人工短缺导致不能按时完成客户订单的问题,为更好解决目前操作人工短缺,招工困难等难题,文章结合现场实际情况,在分析产品工艺特点的基础上,依据智能化环境和智能化基础,提出机器人智能化组装的解决方案。该智能化解决方案,提出了合盖翻转和自制真空吸附新的组装工艺方法,不仅可以满足应用过程中产品功能和节拍的需求,还可以适应多型号生产的柔性化切换,同时将产品的品质和质量提升到新的等级和档次,在行业市场上有很好的反馈。
In view of the problem that the customer orders cannot be completed on time due to the labor shortage at the switch panel assembly site,in order to better solve the problems of current labor shortage and recruitment difficulties,based on the actual situation of the site and the analysis of the product process characteristics,this paper gives a solution for intelligent assembly of robots based on the intelligent environment and foundation.This intelligent solution proposes a new assembly process for flipping-closing and self-made vacuum adsorption,which can not only meet the needs of product functions and takt in the application process,but also adapt to the flexible switching of multi-model production and improve the quality of the product to a new level and grade,having good feedback in the industry market.
