摘要
目前SF6全封闭组合电器设备广泛应用于电力系统中,但其对制作工艺、施工质量要求十分严格。文章介绍了一起因零部件质量不过关导致的GIS故障,采用断口分析、金相检验及受力分析等方法,从微观机理分析了轴销断裂的原因。
At present,SF6 fully enclosed integrated electrical equipment is widely used in the power system,but it has strict requirements on the production process and construction quality.A GIS fault caused by poor parts quality was introduced.By means of fracture analysis,metallographic examination and stress analysis,the fracture reason of the pin was analyzed from the microscopic mechanism.
