摘要
文章针对实际工作中地线挂接操作的管理、信息沟通及准确性等难题,开发了工作挂接地线防误操作系统,实现对地线挂接位置和状态的实时监控,可以对地线错误挂接状态进行报警,可实时观测现场的操作画面。文章还对该系统进行了可靠性测试,结果表明在电磁干扰环境下,防误操作系统只有图片信息传输功能受了限制,其他功能良好,这表明了系统具有较好的可靠性与稳定性。
For the problems of management,information communication and accuracy of ground wire connection operation in actual work,this paper develops an anti-misoperation system for ground wire connection.It can realize real-time monitoring of the connection position and status of ground wire,alarm the wrong connection state of grounding wire,and observe operation pictures on site in real time.In this paper,the reliability test of the system is carried out.The results show that under the environment of electromagnetic interference,only the function of picture information transmission of the anti-misoperation system is limited,and other functions are good,which indcates that the system has good reliability and stability.
