摘要 鲁西背靠背柔性直流系统采用三相桥式全控整流/逆变电路,换流器基于模块化多电平(MMC)拓扑结构,由多个功率模块串联而成,而功率模块的过压故障会严重影响柔性直流系统的可靠运行。文章对一起功率模块过压故障跳闸事件进行深入分析,找到了功率模块过压保护异常动作的原因,总结了功率模块过电压保护的必要性,对柔性直流输电的安全稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。 The three-phase bridge full control rectifier/inverter circuit is adopted by Luxi back-to-back flexible DC system.The converter is based on the modular multi-level(MMC)topology structure and is composed of multiple power modules in series.The overvoltage fault of power modules will seriously affect the reliable operation of the flexible DC system.A power module over-voltage fault trip was introduced in detail.The cause of the abnormal operation of the power module over-voltage protection was found.The necessity of the power module over-voltage protection was summarized,which had important practical significance for the safe and stable operation of the flexible DC transmission.
